One of the things that makes Walt Disney World so amazing is the intense level of theming that Imagineers have created all around that fully immerse Guests in the stories being told. Guests could find themselves in Andy’s backyard with his toys, exploring floating mountains in the Valley of Mo’ara, or wandering the streets of Morocco all in one day throughout the four Disney Parks. This level of theming extends to dining locations as well, and some restaurants are so immersive that Guests are blown away with every meal. Cinderella’s Royal Table

Guests who want to feel like royals will love dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom. This table service restaurant is located inside Cinderella Castle and the magical experience begins with the chance to meet Cinderella herself before proceeding up a grand staircase to the dining room. Once seated, Guests can enjoy vaulted ceilings, intricate stone archways, royal flags, and stained-glass windows overlooking Fantasyland. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day, Cinderella’s Royal Table features decadent menu options including Beef Tenderloin and Egg, Banana-stuffed French Toast, Roasted Lamb Chops, and Crab-topped Catch of the Day which Guests can enjoy while being greeted by Disney Princesses!

Space 220 Restaurant

An out-of-this-world immersive dining experience can be found in EPCOT’s World Discovery right next to Mission: SPACE. Space 220 Restaurant is a full experience that begins with Guests boarding an elevator and rising two hundred and twenty miles above Earth. When they emerge, Guests will find themselves in a dining room with massive floor to ceiling windows that look out into space offering beautiful views of Earth below. While dining on lunch and dinner options including Grilled Swordfish, Space Pad Thai, and Bone-In Pork Chop, Guests can spot various spaceships, astronauts, and other celestial sightings from the windows.

Coral Reef Restaurant

From space to under the sea, Guests can enjoy another immersive dining experience in the World Nature area of EPCOT. Coral Reef Restaurant is a table service location inside of The Seas with Nemo and Friends that is open for lunch and dinner each day. The dining room features subtle ocean-themed details and massive windows that look into the tanks of the adjacent aquarium. Guests can gaze at dozens of ocean species including turtles, sharks, sting rays, fish, and more while enjoying their meals. The menu at Coral Reef Restaurant focuses primarily on seafood and Guests can choose from options including Shrimp Scampi, Grilled Mahi-Mahi, and Surf and Turf.

Biergarten Restaurant

EPCOT’s World Showcase is one of the most immersive areas in all of Walt Disney World that offers Guests the chance to explore countries from around the world without ever leaving the Disney Park. The Biergarten Restaurant in the Germany Pavilion is a wonderful dining experience that transports Guests to a Bavarian village square for an unforgettable meal. Guests who dine at the restaurant for lunch and dinner are seated at communal picnic tables for an Oktoberfest celebration featuring an oompah band, dancing, and more. Biergarten Restaurant is an all-you-can-eat buffet-style location so Guests can sample as many things as they would like including traditional German dishes such as schnitzel, nudel graten, sausages, spatzle, and more.

San Angel Inn Restaurante

The Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase features another immersive dining experience that Guests don’t want to miss. San Angel Inn Restaurante is located inside of the ancient pyramid in the back of the Plaza de Amigos where it is perpetually nighttime. The open courtyard looks out over an expanse of jungle with an ancient pyramid and smoking volcano in the distance. Guests who score a seat near the water’s edge can watch boats from the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros glide by while dining on Mexican favorites such as Pollo a Las Rajas, Tacos, Carne Asada, and Baja Tacos de Pescado. With a beautiful nighttime atmosphere and delicious food, San Angel Inn Restaurante is a favorite of many!

Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant

Disney’s Hollywood Studios brings many big screen moments to life including the chance to visit an actual drive-in theater! The Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant is a table service location that seats Guests inside of classic cars at a nighttime drive-in that plays sci-fi clips from the 1950s. Guests will feel completely transported back in time as they watch everything from appliance commercials to compilations from classic sci-fi films from the comfort of their own vehicles. The lunch and dinner menu at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant features all-American cuisine with favorites including Crispy Onion Rings, Drive-in BBQ Burger, Grilled Chicken Citrus Salad and Pesto Penne Pasta.

50’s Prime Time Café

Also found in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is a second dining experience that brings Guests back to the 1950’s. The 50’s Prime Time Café is a table service restaurant that is open for lunch and dinner each day and offers Guests the chance to dine in a classic 1950’s family kitchen. Featuring classic designs and small televisions playing hit shows from the era, the restaurant is truly brought to life by the servers who are all cousins and remind Guests of the table rules with good-natured teasing and fun. The menu at the 50’s Prime Time Café focuses on comfort food recipes supplied by various family members with choices including Aunt Liz’s Golden Fried Chicken, Mom’s Old-fashioned Pot Roast, and Cousin Megan’s Traditional Meatloaf.
