Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort brings the beauty of Mexican, Spanish, and Southwest American cultures to life with stunning architecture centered around the sprawling Lago Dorado. In the very center of the lake is Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago which can only be reached by, you guessed it, three bridges. Open for dinner only, this table service restaurant features stunning water views from all sides which Guests can enjoy while dining on Latin-inspired dishes including White Queso Dip, Steak Frites, Poke Bowl with Marinated Tuna, and Chicken Mole Poblano. Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago is an amazing outdoor dining option that combines beautiful water views with delicious food.

Geyser Point Bar & Grill

Another outdoor dining option that offers stunning water views is Geyser Point Bar & Grill located at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Situated along the shore of Bay Lake, this casual restaurant continues the rustic charm of the Disney Resort with open-air seating, large wooden beams, and a centrally located bar. Flame Tree Barbecue is a quick service dining location on Discovery Island in Disney’s Animal Kingdom which is well known to Guests thanks to the delicious smells of barbecue that waft out onto the pathway throughout the day. While many Guests enjoy stopping for a bite from the restaurant, many also overlook a wonderful rear patio that offers up some of the best outdoor dining in the Disney Park. After ordering menu options such as the Ribs and Chicken Combo, Smokehouse Chicken Salad, or Baked Macaroni & Cheese with Pulled Pork Guests can continue behind the ordering counters to a massive open-air patio. Also found on Discovery Island in Disney’s Animal Kingdom is Nomad Lounge, a casual location attached to Tiffins Restaurant just before the bridge that leads into Pandora – The World of Avatar. Nomad Lounge features a wrap-around porch overlooking the Discovery River with comfortable cushioned seating and rustic atmosphere. Guests who score a table at Nomad Lounge can sample some menu items that are also available inside Tiffins Restaurant including the famous Tiffins Bread Service, Grilled Chicken Satay, Pineapple-glazed Pork Belly, and Tuna Poke Bowl. Nomad Lounge is also beloved for its cocktails and Guests will love relaxing and sipping on options like the Tempting Tigress, Spice Trader Classic Hightower Rocks, and Lamu Libation. On the opposite side of World Showcase Lagoon is La Cantina de San Angel, a quick service location in the Mexico Pavilion that features a covered patio that juts out over the water. This charming location is open for lunch and dinner each day and serves up a popular menu of Mexican favorites including Tacos de Pollo, Empanadas con Queso, Nachos, and Tacos de Camaron. Guests also love enjoying a stop at La Cantina de San Angel for their refreshing and flavorful margaritas that pair perfectly with the water views from the patio.

EPCOT’s World Showcase is home to a third outdoor dining location that often is overlooked by Guests. Spice Road Table can be found nestled on the shores of World Showcase Lagoon in the Morocco Pavilion and welcomes Guests to a beautiful open-air patio that showcases traditional Moroccan architecture and tilework. This table service restaurant features a menu of only small plates that showcase the flavors of the Mediterranean and Guests can enjoy the view while dining on options like Fried Calamari, Spicy Shrimp, House-made Hummus Fries, Grilled Lamb Kefta, and Pomegranate-Chili Crispy Cauliflower. Disney Springs is situated around the beautiful Lake Buena Vista, offering Guests several options for outdoor dining including one very popular option. The BOATHOUSE is in The Landing area of Disney Springs and features an upscale nautical atmosphere with several indoor dining rooms in addition to a sprawling outdoor patio situated right on the water’s edge. Open for lunch and dinner as well as brunch on the weekends, The BOATHOUSE serves up and extensive menu of American seafood and steakhouse classics including a large raw bar selection, Coriander Seared Yellowfin Tuna, Maine Lobster Tail Oscar, Filet Mignon Sliders, Dockside Shrimp Boil, and Grilled Fresh Mahi Sandwich. One of the newer additions to Disney Springs is Summer House on the Lake in the West Side. Open for lunch and dinner as well as brunch on the weekends, this casual table service restaurant brings the beach atmosphere of California to Disney Springs with airy décor and stunning views of Lake Buena Vista from that large outdoor patio. The menu at Summer House on the Lake also focuses on California with classic options such as Potato Salad Deviled Eggs, Key West Shrimp, Hamachi Sashimi, Grilled Tequila-lime Chicken Tacos, BBQ Glazed Salmon, and Slow Cooked Baby Back Ribs. While new, Summer House on the Lake has proven that its wonderful outdoor dining and menu are here to stay!

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is a Guest favorite located directly across Seven Seas Lagoon from the Magic Kingdom. This Deluxe Disney Resort brings the charm and romance of the South Seas to life with popular dining options including Trader Sam’s Tiki Terrace, the outdoor alternative to the popular Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto. Trader Sam’s Tiki Terrace is located just behind the Great Ceremonial House and offers up beautiful views of the Lava Pool and Seven Seas Lagoon from its open-air patio. Guests who stop by can enjoy the same menu as inside including popular cocktails like the Uh-Oa, Polynesian Peal, and HippopotoMai-Tai as well as appetizer options such as Kalua Pork Tacos, Kahuna Tuna Sushi Roll, and Pan-fried Dumplings.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is home to some great dining options, but those looking to enjoy their food and beverage items outdoors should head over to the Grand Avenue area of the Disney Park. BaseLine Tap House is a laid back lounge option that focuses on California cool with a menu of imported favorites from the state and an atmosphere that includes lots of exposed brick and a large outdoor deck with plenty of seating. Guests who score a great table can enjoy overhead string lights, gently blowing fans, wonderful views of the surrounding area, and a great playlist that brings the lounge vibe to life. The atmosphere at BaseLine Tap House pairs perfectly with the menu of California wines and beers on tap and the limited food items including a massive Bavarian Pretzel and California Cheese and Charcuterie Plate. BaseLine Tap House is the perfect location in Disney’s Hollywood Studios to sit back and enjoy the breeze!
