The Best Bathrooms in WDW

Let’s face it- not all bathrooms are created equally, especially in a busy place like Walt Disney World. With a high volume of Guests every day, bathrooms can either be convenient or regrettable. Here are some of the best bathrooms to use throughout the four Disney Parks that each have their own advantages.

Tangled Restrooms

Starting off the list are the Tangled Restrooms nestled between Fantasyland and Liberty Square. While these restrooms can be crowded at times thanks to high traffic flow from popular nearby attractions, their advantages outweigh this. The theming is beautiful, with nearly every surface covered in artwork created by Rapunzel. There are also plenty of available restrooms to use, plus a family restroom, which results in rare waits. Extra points to built-in entertainment for Guests who are waiting outside with hidden Pasquals throughout the area.

Columbia Harbour House

Just steps away from the Tangled Restroom in Liberty Square is Columbia Harbour House. This quick service restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner and tends to be quieter than other locations throughout the Magic Kingdom. Many Guests do not realize that there is a second floor to the restaurant where a small, but overlooked, bathroom can be found. Guests in need of a quick break can enjoy a convenient bathroom, air conditioning, and unique views of Liberty Square from the second floor here.

Journey Into Imagination

Everyone loves Figment, especially because the Imagination Pavilion is also home to one of the better bathrooms in EPCOT. When approaching the main entrance to the pavilion, Guests should veer to the right and go around to the back where an often-overlooked bathroom is found. While in need of some modern updates, the theming of this bathroom harks back to the original days of the pavilion with whimsical colored tiles, pumping air conditioning, and rarely ever a wait.

Norway Pavilion

Most bathrooms in World Showcase are always crowded and riddled with waits throughout the day, but a location in Norway is one of the best. The updated bathrooms found between Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe and the Royal Sommerhus where Guests can meet Anna and Elsa is a great option. With a large volume of stalls, charming details that nod towards Norwegian architecture, and blasting air conditioning, this is a bathroom that is worth using.

American Adventure Pavilion

Like the Norway bathrooms, an updated spot in The American Pavilion are is also a great option. These bathrooms are the ones on the right-hand side of the pavilion near the Art of Disney store, not the ones on the opposite side near Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue. These updated bathrooms are large with plenty of stalls, always clean, and always comfortable cold.

Animation Courtyard

Disney’s Hollywood Studios has plenty of bathrooms that are often overcrowded and busy, but a great location that is off the beaten path and quiet can be found in Animation Courtyard. Tucked away behind The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure and to the side of Star Wars Launch Bay is a quiet bathroom is rarely ever crowded. There are several shady spots to wait outside, and a companion bathroom, making this a great spot when in need of some quiet.

Festival of the Lion King

Moving over to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, a great bathroom option can be found in the Asia area of the Disney Park but is contingent on timing. Across from The Festival of the Lion King is a relatively small bathroom that has been recently updated. While small, its location on a quieter path between Africa and Pandora – The World of Avatar means it is typically quiet. However, if a showing of The Festival of the Lion King is about to begin or has just ended, the bathroom is insane and worth skipping.

Finding Nemo: The Big Blue…and Beyond!

Across Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a second bathroom that can be amazing to visit or should be skipped entirely depending on timing. Just outside of the theater that showcases Finding Nemo: The Big Blue…and Beyond! is a separate bathroom building that is set back from the main pathway. When there is a show about to start or end, this bathroom is always extremely crowded, but in the downtime between it is quiet, clean, and worth stopping at!
